Name: Sabir
Genetically altered Hawk.
Pokemon: Xatu
Gender: male
Position: Villan leader
Personality: Intellectual, cunning, and calculating. Sabir is patient, and silent. He's good at acting like a friendly fellow, but be warned, if you are his target, he will strike once he lures you in with his good natured appearance. He does the scientists' bidding, for he enjoys spying, capturing his targets, and the torment of foes.
He also has very sharp eyes and can see more miles, and occationally, to the future.
He couldn't care less if you died, unless you were vital to a plan of his. He's rather cruel.
Unique mutations: The color of green has a greyer tone to it. Feathers on the back of his head are black. Has 2 talons in front and one in back. Black spike on his shoulders go down lower than others. Has 2 red dots, one above each eye. Has black eyelids [if he closes his eyes, there is black ;D]
